TOSS YOUR MEASURING ROD

 

It can't be done.

 

You're wasting your time trying to measure your own fruitfulness----or anyone else's.

 

Let God calculate.

 

Just focus on fitting into his Program.

 

When the Day of Accounting comes,

 

you will know whether your five talents have produced ten.

 

Whether your work was built on rock or sand.

 

Meanwhile, rely on the Mater's promise:

 

"He who abides in me and I in him , he it is that bears much fruit.  For apart from me you can do nothing."

                                    John 15

 

Much fruit.

 

Much fruit in God's kingdom is never "big-time," never "mega."

 

It's the golden treasure produced by men and women whose hearts are nailed to the cross.

 

Whose names are hidden in God.

 

Rivers of living water flow from their hearts as they speak the truth in love….and wash their brother's feet.

 

May we be found among them, not on the Last Day….

 

                        ….but Now.
